On the road to: Barcelona!

Good morning people!
Yes, I did fall behind with my journeys, but here we go with the first one!

I spent three days in this wonderful city, and walking was the best way to discover all the typical streets that are not highlighted on maps.

The first night was organized at "El tabalo de Carmen" to have dinner while dancers were performing el flamenco.
It is located within the Poble Espanyol de Montjuic which is one of the most important parks of the city. The tablao shares its ground with the Fuente Magica, el teatro griego and the Fundacion Mirò. The area seems like a village with many narrow streets, shops and restaurants.

La Rambla is another main streets which, in addition to the many souvenir's shops, has a really tasty open market: la Boqueria! All that tables with delicious fruits and smoothies got immediately my attention.
Some fruits and a many colors and summer is here!

I couldn't miss the spectacular Sagrada Familia, still not finished, but incredibly beautiful.
The aisles have these huge glass windows made with different colors. One aisle has the color of the sunset while the opposite one has the colors of the sunrise.

La Barceloneta, a nice beach where to have a walk and enjoy a refreshing mojito.
It's also possible to walk to the W Hotel and have a drink on the top terrace!
On the other side, Makamaka Burger is there to make you feel at home with all your friends!
The website says that it belongs to two friends with the passion for food, surf, and girls in bikini!

Parc Guell is another must destination and a photo with this view is compulsory!

And then, while walking around, I found El Born, a place not as crowded as the main streets and super nice with different bars and ice cream parlors!

The stay here in Barcelona ended in this place, La Paradeta. It's a fish restaurant, not so big and from the outside is seems just as one of the many places in which you're not really willing to enter.
However, it's a great place to eat!
There is a big desk at the entrace where you can personally choose what you would like to eat, say how you would like it to be cooked, and just sit down and wait for it!
But you better go there at least 10 minutes before it opens! I couldn't believe how many people were queuing to eat there!

..then ice-cream again..

...and at 5am the flight to Ibiza..!
